Terms of Services

TTC customer service hours: Monday – Friday 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. (No lunch break)
Pick-up service is available in Bangkok and some area around Bangkok
Turn around times are as follows

Regular service 4-5 working days.

Express service 3 working days with 40% additional charge (some test only).

Double express service 2 working days with 70% additional charge (some test only).

Same day service with 100% additional charge (some test only).

For samples received before 12.00 p.m., the working day with be counted on that day.

For samples received after 12.00 p.m., the working day with be counted from the following day.

(Discount for government organization, research and TTC member is available.)

Sample submission

*For new customer – fill in new customer registration form (download)

Note: For chemical or dyestuff, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is required. Separate bag/package for each sample.
